Solar Eclipse Awareness Party (August 19 @ 1:00 PM)

Visit the Museum to learn tips on watching the Solar Eclipse!

This eclipse is a historical event that will take place on Monday, August  21, 2017 at 1:00 PM.

This Heritage School event will be educational as well as fun!  A 15 minute video "The Night Sky" will be presented which will provide safety tips on viewing the eclipse.

There will also be a little bit of "Moonwalking"! Heather Kirkland with Salt & Light Dance Studio in Sweetwater will teach the moonwalk dance and host a dance contest.

Refreshments will be served; as well as door prizes.

American Girl Doll Celebration (Sept 16 @ 1:00 PM)

The Museum invites you to an American Girl Doll Celebration!

This Heritage School event will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017 @ 1:00 PM

Cost: $5.00 non-members, Members: Free

Enjoy a play featuring local talent about the life of American Girl Doll, Addy Walker.

After the play spend time decorating cupcakes and adding your favorite toppings! 

The kids can bring their dolls for an afternoon of fun.
